How to make your reservation
Call your travel agent at A Place to Remember Travel & Tours
or visit our website at www.aprtravel.com.
Deposit and final payment
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per tour and passenger
is required within 24 hours of tour confirmation. Final payment
is due 90 days prior to departure.
We reserve the right to cancel if we do not receive full payment
by this date. We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel
Insurance. Payment of deposit means you've read and accepted
these terms and conditions.
Revision Fees
A fee of $50.00 per transaction will be charged for any alteration
or revisions made to a reservation. Be aware that airline & hotel
penalties may also apply.
Minor Children
Minor children traveling alone or with one parent, must have written
notarized consent to travel from both parents. Airline will deny
boarding minors not authorized to travel alone or with one parent.
Visas & Passports
You are responsible for obtaining visas and proper documentation.
Please consult the appropriate consulate to determine if any
visas are required. Most countries require that the passport
be valid
for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip.
Refunds
Please note that all airline tickets and tour packages are non-refundable
and non-endorsable. Unused airline tickets, hotel accommodations
or any other unused service or features of any tour are not refundable
nor exchangeable for other accommodations, air transportation or
features. We advise you to take a few minutes and peruse the Insurance
information indicated in our web site.
Changes
No changes made by passengers directly to airline, hotels or land
operators abroad will be acceptable and any penalty involved will
be charged directly to the passenger.
Prices
Are those in effect at the time of booking. All quotes are valid
for 48 hours.
Full payment is required to guarantee a price.
Responsibility
A Place to Remember Travel & Tours, Inc. located at 941 S.W.
87th Avenue, Miami, Fl 33174, and/or its agents, give notice that
all tickets, vouchers and coupons issued by them and all arrangements
for transport or conveyance or for accommodations made by them,
are made by them as agents for the passenger upon the express conditions
that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident,
delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason
or defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any
company or persons engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying
out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connecting therewith,
or of any hotel proprietor or employee. Airfares, tour prices and
tour conditions are subject to change without notice. The right
is reserved to increase advertised prices based on the rate of
the US dollar. The aforesaid, A Place to Remember Travel & Tours,
Inc., and/or its agents can accept no responsibility for defaults
in or overbooking by hotels, sickness, weather, strikes, Act of
War or Terrorism, ware, guarantees or other causes. All such losses
or expenses will be borne by the passenger. Baggage is "any
owner's risk" throughout the trip/tour unless insured.
Small articles (coats, wraps, cameras, umbrellas, etc.) are
entirely
under the care of the passengers. The right is reserved to
decline to accept or return any person as a member of any tour
or to
alter or cancel the tour.
Air Carrier Responsibility
The liability of the airline shall be in accordance with, and as
limited by contract carriage in the passengers ticket, the applicable
tariff, and the provisions of the Warsaw Convention if applicable.
The airline shall not be responsible or liable for any act, omission
or occurrence during the time the passengers are not on board its
airplane.
Documents
Travel documents will be sent out only after final payment is received.
A fee of $20.00 will be charged for overnight document delivery.
Insurance information
We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance.
